Oceana, founded in 2001, is the largest international advocacy organization focused solely on ocean conservation. The oceans are vast, but they are not immune to human influence.

As plastics continue to flood into our oceans, the list of marine species has been affected and disappeared by plastic debris expands. By exaggerating an image of marine species made-from plastic bag that has been invading the ocean and travel up the food chain, this PSA advertisement attempts to raise awareness and metaphor the consequence of plastic pollution in the oceans threatening human health.
